The first thing a guy ought to do is follow his doctor’s advice/instructions.
If what he tells you is pretty flexible, listen to your body.
At 3 months I was cleared to go to gym but covid was becoming an issue, so I did daily dumbbells at home. Threw 50# sacks of cow cubes over shoulder and walked them down to pasture to placate the cattle. In short, go back to living.
One thing I’d do is cycle. Cycle. And then cycle some more.
I was trying to get by with one cycle a day. Do three or four.
At a 6 month follow up I told the doc I was cycling daily. He wanted to know why not 3x.
So I did. And it was then I started to get my dick back.
I pumped up during my shower this evening and got my tape measure. Bone pressed before to bone pressed now. 6.8L vs 6.5L. I’m down to a missing 3/10ths of an inch.
I also learned don’t squueze the bulb til it gets hard. Squeeze the bulb until it just wont squeeze anymore. At 70-75 pumps I can feel it stretching my cock, the same way it used to feel when you had a boner and suddenly it got even harder.
Now, that’s with an AMS LGX and they expand both length wise and girth wise. Not sure if Titans do the same thing.
Truthfully, I was skeptical that cycling would do much if any real good. I’m living proof it does.
A 6 1/2” cock pointing hopefully upwards at 2 o’clock is a great sight in a mirror. I’m not sure but what if I lost the 10 lbs I’ve put on during this damned pandemic....I might lose enough pubic fat pad to be right back where I started.
So what do you need to do? Cycle, and don’t get fat.
What you should be doing in the first six months after implant?

Age 68. Physically fit educated red neck in Texas. Very married. 23 cm (18+5) of LGX installed by Dr. Bryan Kansas 12/31/2019. I fought the ED and my wife & I won. I’m either full of shit or sound advice. You decide which.

Amen to cycling!
I maintained length and added girth with my Titan.
So, pump that bad boy!

Cycling 3x is going to be tough for me. I am so busy that I only get time to cycle it once a day. I will try to increase that to 2x now. How long do you keep your penis inflated to max in one season of cycling?
A young guy in his early 30s from South Asia. Implanted Titan 22cm by Dr. Tariq Hakky in Atlanta (Dec 2020). Amazing doctor! No pain during recovery. My size is 5.75” x 4.6” which is better than pre-OP size of 5.6” x 4.5”. Hoping to gain more in future.

How long do I leave it? It varies.
That doesn't do you much good, so let me elaborate.
I’m not sure what the deal is, exactly. Did the surgeon leave me with some erectile capacity? Is what I’m seeing when I wake up glans engorgement and cylinder stiffness? Whatever is going on, I wake up with something similar to morning wood but not as durable, obviously. So when I get up and pee in the morning I pump it up to where it’s like I woke up with a rip roaring erection. When I deflate depends on what I have to do. Usually I’ll keep it during coffee, and breakfast. Maybe an hour. Then I deflate. I will also inflate it and leave it around lunch for half an hour (or longer, depending) and after dinner. It gets put to its intended use after an evening shower, then its time to deflate and go to sleep.
I wear Wrangler jeans. They’re fairly snug. No underwear. My cock will ride pretty well when erect if I point at navel and slightly to my right. If it gets uncomfortable, I’ll slip off to bathroom and deflate. Then again, mine is AMS and you’ve got a Titan, so they might not behave exactly the same. In the jeans pumped up like that I do look well endowed but I doubt the law would arrest me on morals charges.
I don’t know if it’s just me but my implant feels like a part of me. I’ve geard some people say it seems cold or lifeless but I don’t get that. It might be cooler than a hot-to-the-touch throbbing erection, but there’s enough circulation on the outer parts of my organ to where it doesn’t seem cold. I’ve read that circulation is reason you don’t want to pump it up and leave it parked in that position. But I’ve suffered no apparent harm leaving it pumped for 3 or 4 hrs at a time when I pumped it then got tied up with no chance to deflate.
Truthfully, it took almost a year for me to start looking at in the mirror and thinking “that’s starting to look like my cock.” I have zero expectations that I will end up larger than I started. I’m already close enough to where I think “if I never see any additional gain this looks damned close to original issued equipment.” I do think a Titan might have been better for my girth, but thus far I wouldn’t trade this one (AMS) for anything. In my case, the VL was always there....maybe since birth, certainly from when I started getting erections. So being able to keep an erection for longer than a minute or two without heroic stimulation, cock rings, shots, and pills is a new and exciting experience.
