Just one person praising him means nothing. It takes a lot of surgery to become an implant expert. No one is an expert in India but Rupin Shah is better than any other surgeon in India.

Man, living in subcontinent is like hell. If it wasn’t for public shaming, I wouldn’t even think of implant. I feel like so screwed up. Now even if we go abroad, God forbid if we need early revision, it will be extremely difficult. What about those homeopathy/herbal things that calim to solve all sexual problems? I know its of no use but I guess I should give it a try. ;(

Do you have venous leak? In my opinion Homeopathy and herbal doesn't work.

I think so and most probably it was from prone mustarbation (mustarbating lying in the back) from the age of 15 to 20 though I didn’t go for the test.

Be very carefully getting it done in India. My cousin who lives in the U.K had it done by Dr Ashish Sabharwal in Dehli and got a life threatening infection. Apparently he claims to have done his study in the U.S.A and the youtube videos look good but it's all lies. My cousin said that his clinic was very filthy
and the beds and equipment was 1930 style ( Not the new ones he shows on youtube)
He had to change his own bandages because his woman Doctors and nurses didn't want it handle a penis and Dr Ashish Sabharwal after care was for my cousin to check youtube - what sort of surgeon is that?
55 yo Aussie. E.D all my life. Used Viagra for years but. Went on to Injections which worked well but very inconvenient and didnt work sometimes. Implanted Jan'18 with Titan one touch 20cm/ 1.5RTE by Pro Chung in Brisbane.

Hey man, I have read many of your comments and your last post. You are an inspiration. I am so happy for you.

I am actually kind of confused. I am 31 now. If i even get implant, then comes the marriage issue. Since I am single, I need to convince a girl to marry a guy whose dick is not Natural. That thought even gives me a panic attack. You know the subcontinent mentality.

In my surroundings, I haven’t seen anyone who is not married after certain age. That makes me wonder and at the same time miserable that I am the only one with This stupid problem. Yesterday my father was talking about my marriage. I told him about my problem but he Didn't try to understand. He said that its not a bog matter. Everybody has such problem to some extent. I don't know how I will convince him but he seems so adamant.

Sorry for the rant. I guess I am just depressed

I am shocked at your father’s behaviour but not surprised because subcontinent dads tend to deflect and go into denial. They just shrug it under the rug until a big drama happens, then they get serious. You need to have “the talk” with him. Tell him you’re not facing weakness but total dead penis, that will awake him. Then explain what solutions there are. Go visit a urologist together with your dad and let the Dr talk about possible solutions.
A young guy in his early 30s from South Asia. Implanted Titan 22cm by Dr. Tariq Hakky in Atlanta (Dec 2020). Amazing doctor! No pain during recovery. My size is 5.75” x 4.6” which is better than pre-OP size of 5.6” x 4.5”. Hoping to gain more in future.

Thank you man. I haven’t tried pill or injection yet though but what is the point of using them! If I see they are working and get married and if they stop working after few days, that will bring more misery.

Sorry for butting in, but I think you really must try pills and later injections before going the implant route.

My parents were born in Bangladesh. I was raised in US. While I can't personally recommend Dr. Rupin Shah (since stories of implants by doctors around Asia aren't commonly heard about), someone from India told me he has done implants for the bollywood actors that need it. So he may be good. I don't know how much he charges either, but I see he was mentioned here a few times.

Also, not sure if you should even be considering implants if pills work. If/once they stop working, then consider implant. Right?

I have also heard about Rupin Shah. Yes, implant is always the last resort but my parents are pressuring me for marriag, thats what bothers me. You are lucky that you are raised in US. The amount of shaming an impotent person has to undergo in conservative countries like Bangladesh is unimaginable.
