Hi Minnesota! The pain seems to be directly proportional to the level of inflation. Today I've been able to give some additional pumps than usual and a "crick crick" sound come from the cylinders meaning that they stretched more. Anyway the pain at the level was high and i was able to keep that level just for 5/10 minutes. I hope I'm not going too far with inflation level.
Doctor left me totally deflated after surgery and I started inflating and cycling the device on day 17 even if he suggested to start on day 14 but my testicle were still too sore to pump. Maybe there is some pseudo-capsule to break and that's the reason of the pain.
Out of curiosity, when did you start inflating after surgery?
