My thought is to get the implant and move on with life.

The person I was referring to (Biker60?) had both plication and an implant installed.

I had about a 20-30 degree upturn at mid-shaft but the doctor only modeled my penis while pumped to max during surgery, to break the plaque. I didn't get a graft and the original dime sized plaque is still there but it sort of "free-floats" over the spot where it used to curve upward.

Now I curve left when not inflated because I believe the tunica on the right dorsal side no longer has the limits of the plaque and it expands more than the left side. Regardless, once inflated I'm straight as an arrow.

Wayne - had a doppler injected with Trimax about two months ago. My erection had very minimal curve and same size as preinjury. I am thinking it's more a vascular issue and the implant will resolve the curvature.

kickit,
I am from Houston.
Dr Clavell prefers outpatient surgery if you doing well after surgery.
I ended up admitted to surgical ward for overnight stay with extra antibiotics administered.
Reason why I stayed is my BP which was to low to be sent home and both legs paresthesia secondary to positioning during surgery.
I had also right corporoplasty to repair and reinforce tunica which was severely thined at 2 locations.

It might be late to the party here and I did not have pd but Dr. Clavell did my surgery at 7:00 or 7:30 and I was in the car with my wife driving at around 2pm the same day. Dr. Clavell in Houston TX did a great job.
