Additional thought. This could be an opportunity to have (maybe not now, but to pave the way for it later) the Father-Daughter talk about boys and sexuality.

Re: Wearing a jockstrap underwear to conceal
Lostsheep, hi my friend.
Thanx for the reply, but there is no way i could talk with her about this.
Also i can't tell at work about this. And would be embarrising walking on a daily basis with a semi-erect the rest of my life
So i have to find a way before the implant how to conceal the implant.
There must to be way. I can't imagine all you guys dhowing a semi-erect all day.
So is pointing up northeast/northwest, even.when i probably ending with a 6" implant a way to conceal, even in the first weeks?
Sorry for avoiding the route to tell my daughter, but that is out of question.

Re: Wearing a jockstrap underwear to conceal
Hi all, here's a few thoughts on my end.
I think the ability to conceal the flaccid (deflated) implant depends on so many factors. I saw your post here on the double underwear, or being very specific about the type of underwear that you have for an implant to avoid the "bulge."
Yes, there are times where my penis will show with my clothes on. This could be if I'm sitting awkwardly or are not able to adjust myself.
However, keep these other factors in mind:
- How tall are you?
- How much do you weigh?
- What size penis do you have?
- What type of clothes do you wear? Would your clothing type change if it needed to?
- How long have you had the implant? It seems most men experience the implant becoming softer over time, making it more comfortable to conceal with tighter clothes.
I went from the age of 20, where I was about 190 lbs and wearing rather loose fitting jeans, to now 31 where I wear slim fit clothes and am about 170 lbs. The jeans I wear are "stretch" material, so they are tapered down the leg and allow for more space in the groin. I've found the perfect fit for my body as a whole, not just my implant.
Sure, when I get out of the pool or ocean on vacation my penis shows through my swimsuit until I can adjust both myself and the suit. But don't all men have that issue to some extent?
my $.02

I have a 6" erection, but a 4.5" flaccid which I point up (I have always worn briefs and pointed up and to the side). I can reliably conceal even when half pumped-up. "Conceal" is a relative term. All men have a little bit of a bulge. But your reference to "walking on a daily basis with a semi-erect the rest of my life" is a bit overstated. In a few months, you will not even notice your (flaccid) penis is any larger than it was before implant. No one else will, either, unless they have been intimate with you before. And very few will care.
We implanted men think about the difference (and make a big issue of it in our minds) for two reasons. It is a sudden change. And we can observe ourselves constantly. We get preoccupied and can even obsess over it.
Just remember. It is what it is. Many men have gone down this path before and no one to my knowledge has gone to jail over it or even asked to leave social gatherings. In my youth, I worried about unwanted erections at inopportune times. I adjusted my posture and life went on.
Your first few weeks will be challenging. For the bulge and for the pain/discomfort. After that, life goes on because you will find underwear that supports your genitals in a posture that is reliably stable. Until you find just the right underwear, an athletic supporter should do just fine. Have you read the other threads on underwear? I have not tried them (mail-order nervousness) but my own briefs are working just fine, especially when new (before the elastic stretches out).
Many men have made these passages before (both of them). You can, too.
As far as having "The Talk" with your daughter.... that is a decision you must make as a Father, but I recommend reading some self-help books about how parents (I assume you are a single parent) can talk to their children about growing up. It is a necessary responsibility as important as housing, clothing and feeding them. It is hard and neither of you will be comfortable. But both of you will feel better about communicating (about everything - grades, finances, career choices..and sex when that time comes) with each other. Your relationship with her all the way through adulthood will be stronger for it. Do your research and you will ease into this and be the best Father to her that you are capable of.
I searched the internet for "books single dad raising daughter" I cannot recommend any over any other since I have not read them. I am sure you can find a good one just walking down to your local bookstore. Failing that, ask your Mother if she is still around or a Sister if you have any.

Wauw Lost Sheep. I have so much respect for you!! Always willing to help the new members.
Thanx for the books suggestions. That's maybe some good stuff the for the first week healing.
This sounds maybe odd, but today i made a sort off a stiff penis, from a sock taped around with ducktape till it measured 6 inch long. It was quit stiff. I cut two holes in the sock and through the holes an elastic cord.
I wore it over my underwear above my own penis like a sort of a strap-on (sorry for that word, but it looked like that) .
Over the 'strap-on a wore a tight boxer.
Then i tried all different kinds of jeans and pants. It gave me a bulge in my pants but not as bad as that it would make me uncertain .
But i don't know if this is a fair comparison. Maybe with a Titan it is not possible to holding back
from pointing up.
Thans again.

Maybe, after your experience, you might consider writing a book about "How to tell your teenage daughter about your penile implant" to share what you learned by the experience.

(Just to lighten the mood for now but something to consider once the dust has settled. So, keep a journal of your experience.)

smphead I really think you are over thinking this. My Titan can show my bulge wearing some running shorts and sweats but with slacks and jeans you would have to stare to see it and I am about 6.5" flaccid. My wife always comments on it but she is staring at it from two feet away. Relax and enjoy it you will love it You are welcome to pm me any time.Jim
