Ehy bro. Yeah, i went to 8 andrologists..or something like that. The last one told me that the glans never engorges with an implant, and there i've understood that the only source where i can find ACTUAL information is FT. Sorry to say that, but i don't believe anymore to the doctors, they just scammed them for thousands and thousands of $... Now i just trust patients.

Perhaps the last person you spoke to is referring to the fact that you can inflate/erect your penis even though you may not be aroused. If you inflate but don't have arousal, the glans will not engorge. If you got engorgement before implantation (when aroused), you should get engorgement *WHEN SUFFICIENTLY AROUSED*, even after implantation.

i got a question about a particular topic:

So i would like to hear the experience of someone which glans used to inflate BEFORE the prosthesis but had issue to mantain it inflated. Did things change? I've heard that there are cases of people who say that glans engorgement got better after the implant. Did this guys had fibrosis?

Glans engorgement in general does not get better nor does it get worse with implant .

for me, my glans gets hard only at orgasm....my glans trouble is due to my very severe erectile dysfunction.

three things will help our glans erecton:

or
trimix gel into urethra,
or

Hey pal i understand you’re anxiety to do with the glans.i agree with Waynetho and tangerine, arousal is a big thing for your glans also a cock ring is the key for me.
