Sounds like good advice Irishguy. The only thing that gets my glans nice and hard is a tight rubber ring around my balls. It pulls down the shaft nicely.

I'm pretty sure that if you have a soft glans with an implant then the only thing that will keep it hard is the use of ring.
At least it works though!
Do you find that the glans is still unstable, that it moves about, even when it is firm?
That would suggest to me that the cylinders are indeed too short. If it is stable when engorged, then that must surely be as good as it's going to get with an implant.

I saw mention of a new cream being tested in Europe that stimulates blood flow. Not trimix gel. Just rub it on the glans. Don't remember the name . Saw it here a few weeks ago. I am ready to try it. I have cold white glans. Anyone remember the name of it?

Hi,
This is kind of concerning. I thought that glans function remained the same. Also concerning if Dr. Eid undersized you.
Did you get glans engorgement before the surgery? What were your bone-pressed measurements before and after the surgery?
Thanks!

I did have glans engorgement before surgery. My length is about the same pre- surgery.

Don't think so. Not approved in US yet.

I think talk to your doc for sure and validate with specificity where the prosthesis is, or is not, sitting under your glans. My glans doesn't engorge anywhere near like it did for me pre-implant, it's totally different now in terms of just being diminished girth, but in terms of simple rigidity...the tip of my dick stays perfectly in line with my shaft. It literally does not flex in any other direction, even under very aggressive thrusting, anal, etc. I know in talking to my surgeon prior to implant that he discussed the importance of getting perfect placement of the prosthesis under the glans, meaning, too long and far into the glans and you risk some abrasive/erosion over time...bad!...too short under the head and you risk the floppiness. Talk to your doc and be very specific. Good luck...

Also, there's a difference between "SOFT" and "FLOPPY". If you can fold your glans back when totally inflated and it's completely unsupported, that's FLOPPY. If however, your glans is simply soft and squishy after inflation, that's just because the spongiosum which runs the length of your urethra on the underside your penis and accounts for about 25-30% of your girth, as well as the glans which is part of the spongiosum, have not engorged.
