My LGX is the same but my rte is 1 cm longer. I used vacuum therapy with my implant deflated to restretch back out to my youthful 7 inches. But as soon as I stopped I dropped back down to 6.5 and now range down to 6.25. What bulge do you have? Is it a cylinder about to burst?
Here is the truth, if you have shrunk that much your next implant will be even shorter. If you use vacuum or water vacuum therapy aggressively you can restretch out to a decent size before your revision. I've heard water vacuum devices are much safer than air. Good luck

Did you hear the reasoning why they are safer? The engineer within me is curious.

I know that testing pressure tanks with water rather than air is MUCH safer. If a tank ruptures being pressure tested with water, it just cracks, because water is not compressible. If a tank ruptures while being pressure tested, there is explosive release of air. But a vacuum device (aside from being much smaller and using much less pressure differential) does not have that explosive potential.

The doctor assured me that I will get this or more as far as cylinder length is concerned… that was a big concern of mine but, he said it’s not at all one of his… i’m recovering from another surgery but, I should be able to schedule in the next two weeks… vacuum pumps are a little bit hard for a blind guy to use because of the pressure regulations… Especially with this kink in my cylinder, I’m not confident about my balls and the pump getting sucked in to the vacuum pump… Definitely worth looking into though! Again, you guys are awesome… Thank you all for reaching out on this one…

One thing that I’ve noticed is that my size pumped is not the size with pills or injections usually shorter but when I’m stimulated either mentally (porn or fore play) or physically I gain more. As the glans and the corpus spongiosum plump and firm up.

I haven’t been able to measure when fully engaged in sex but my wife said that I seem the same size if not a little larger than before the implant

It seems that way to me as well when having sex oral or intercourse that my PA feels tighter. I don’t notice the same feeling when I’m masturbating.

I’m just glad my wife likes it and I can get hard for her, and I can enjoy the pleasure of sex without worrying if I’ll stay hard longing enough.

I’m sure once they get the implant fixed you’ll get back to enjoying sex or at least I hope you do.

I feel for you WhiteCane. I didn't know anything about implants when I subjected myself to the surgery, just trusted the doc. I went from a good 6.5" to just over 5". Talk about short changed!
Again I did not know about cycling. But then my first 4-5 months post I was miserable. Every time I'd inflate my penis felt like it had been sunburned or had the skin peeled off. My assumption is anti-biotics do not like me. Getting a revision is my worst nightmare now. No way I ever want to live through that again.
Sadly it does look like I am going to have to see doc soon because now when I deflate within a few hours I'm back to a semi erection, like the pump is allowing saline to refill the cylinders. Makes it tough to be active.

Often, the valve is at fault for auto-inflation (the implant inflating by itself). The Coloplast Patient Liaison may be able to talk you through a series of manipulations of the pump bulb and valve body to cure it without surgery. Give Coloplast a call and give it it a try.

Also, surgery to remove and replace a faulty pump/valve is a lot less invasive than the entire implant surgery.

As for your balls getting sucked into the pump, just keep one hand on them. You will be able to keep track of them as well as any sighted person.

Thanks for this info. Sounds easier than a trip to see doc.
