I know it's an often written advice. But in my experience it is the only way to sort thru the timeline of a guys thoughts & what he truly went thru & why. Then you need to factor in his health. A cancer survivor has a different cause of his ED than a none cancer patient. So his experience with an implant will be different than perhaps yours. That factors into regaining size also. To learn about implants goes way beyond just hearing what a friend told you. I've decided that nobody that I personally know in my private life knows anything about implants. You/I can't count on advice from men that don't have an implant or have not researched it completely..

for maintaining your current size.

Most men report no change in sensitivity. I had a temporary numbness on the underside, which mostly went away after six months.
I guess this is pretty rare.

I think 4-5 years is a low estimate. I"m sure there is published data somewhere on the internet. Ten years is probably a closer guess.

Someone told me that his size increased in length and girth because he got the LGX. I see you have the lgx too, how come yours didn’t increase? I thought the lgx was known to increase size

I was more concerned with girth rather than length. My surgeon chose the LGX for that reason. I did not have any shrinkage prior to surgery , as I was getting good erections with trimix. The LGX was a disappointment at first, but with cycling, I got my pre-op length and girth back. I have no experience with the issue of restoring size after a guy has had shrinkage due to various reasons. I think it would be unrealistic to expect too much if you've had shrinkage for an extended period. The guys who report a size increase, I think, are rare. I would love to be proven wrong, here, so let's hear from you guys who have a had an increase!
