It was LGX. It ruptured in the center section, more towards the rear end.

Dr. Kramer isn't locked into either one. Per his more recent videos, he implants a lot of Titans...in fact it would appear that as of late, he's doing more Titans than AMS implants. He bases his choice on what the patient wants in conjunction w/ the individual patient's anatomy.
