The way to tell if your implant is undersized is if your glans can be bent over while you are fully inflated. The tips of the fully inflated implant should support your glans as fully as your natural erection supported it. If I read the posts here correctly, most men find the tips are between 1/3 and 2/3 of the way into their glans.

In my experience, my relative size inside the VED was always greater with vacuum than without (and this was pre-implant, but I could still get a full erection at least for a little while). Post-implant, I cannot comfortably get a seal around the base of the VED.

I had a 19 cm titan put in last March. Before that implant I could stretch to 6 inches. Best ved was 6.75 inches. Pre ed was just under 7 inches. In jan before my hernia surgery I pumped up to a wood ruler bone pressed at just under 6.75 inches. I started out last March at just 5.5 bone pressed. Left tip was at least 2/3 reds into tip in jan 2020. Right tip was at least 1 cm below left tip.

This was after cycling pretty much every day for 1 hour. In jan I also had no more tip pain so figured I was done stretching.

I would say cycle 30 minutes 2 times a day and keep an eye on your tips. If they stay well into your glans and you feel pressure you are probably growing. Patience and cycling.

Last week I was revised to an lgx 20 cm total. Time will tell me what length I get back to. Hoping for my 6.5 inch at least.
