Depressed about my post-op length

Ummm....what am I missing? Your 3rd pic, with you hand cradling your cock? You are bigger than that??? Shit, I have posted on here I went in with 8", came out with 4" , and can barely hold it in my hand at this point because I am so sensitive, esp. after I whack off.

Agfa,, what was the length of your implant and rte? You are only 17 days out, I am sure it will grow.

I underwent the surgery 3 days back. I went from around 5.5 inches to around 4.
I couldn't even get an LGX as supposedly I was too small so the doctor went with CX.
I didn't care too much about size, I would have been ok with 5 but 4 is too less.
Right now I am fully inflated and will remain that way for 4 weeks(ugh!).
I am already very hard, actually too hard for comfort.
Here are some pre and post pics, I know the scale is missing but it is pretty evident.
I was implanted with 15 cm AMS CX with 4 cm RTE. But around 9 cm is the cavity and only 10 cm is outside.




Pre-op (At least 5.5 inches)

Post-op (4 inches)

Is there any way to increase it from 4 inches at maybe 4.5 or 5. I am ok with revision surgery sometime in the future.
Would VED help?
I don't have floppy glans.

I had huge expectations from this surgery but it was sadly a disappointment. My doctor said there won't be much change with cycling.

Young,, You are only 3 days out. If the doc has you pumped 90%, you would be crying about the pain. You probably only have swelling that you are seeing. Give it time to heal.

I sure hope when I get mine done that I have your success in getting back my lost length. I have a great panic of finding a 3 inch after surgery. That would be like the first time I saw my dick after Prostate Surgery. Instantly gone.

I pray that it will stretch out. I am pumping 2x a day for 20 min. The day is getting close.

In my case I used the VED every day prior to surgery.
Obviously, I could pump up to longer than normal length, but I really believe it helped.

Not sure how you are measuring. One sure way is take a wood ruler, pump up or get an erection, press ruler into fat pad laying on top of erection hard as you can, measure where tip comes to. This will always give you a standard measurement.

My hand width is over 4 inches. Anything on either side is longer than 4 inches.

You can also use a wood pencil, press against fat pad hard. Then mark and measure.

This is only sure way to get it right. As it does not matter if you gain weight, just press harder.

Heavier you are shorter you look, but are actually the same size.

Ok, It’s hard to be optimistic at first… please recognize that 4 inches is only about 10 cm. Whether you feel it or not, you still have swelling under your pubic bone… Your entire abdomen is swollen, as a matter of fact… on top of that, the distal length that your doctor tells you is only the amount of implant… this does not account for what’s left at the end of the head of your penis… you’re going to be in good shape, my friend! Keep cycling… They are slow but you will see results after a couple of months…

RTE is short for "Rear Tip Extenders". The little snap-on pieces that can be added to the rear tip of an implant to increase the overall length of the implant by one or more centimeters to better match the patient's anatomy.

Well, I sent Dr. Kramer a pic of myself, before the surgery. All he said, after I expressed my disappointment, was that he did not want to talk about it (because I will eventually get it back). "What I went in with, I will come out with, nothing more, nothing less"
Whitecane, I cannot cycle. I have the 1-piece. So when I if I get everything back, I will have to manipulate 8" in my dress/work/shorts pants since I only have one size to deal with. If its any indication of what I have been through with putting is away wearing dress pants and jeans right now, it will be an interesting journey, lol.
