For me, that was the most painful part. Pain in my scrotum was more constant, but manageable by staying still. Pain in my abdomen came when I tried to move and was quite intense. I wished for a trapeze bar over my bed so I could use my arms to lift myself.

You really do have to be careful with the pets. My little Bichon seems to like walking across my nuts period whether on the couch or bed.

So in addition to a high enough bed to roll out of easily, I walled him off with pillows. My wife would kick me out of bed before she would that dog.
18 cm plus 1 rte titan installed March 2019. Revision March 2020 by Dr. Andrew Todd, Richmond KY. He replaced the titan with an AMS 700 LGX 18 cm cylinder plus 2 rte for 20 cm total length.
