So if you are really invested in making yourself available for show & tell, why dont you ask your wife to accompany you. She could add input from a wife's point of view and see for herself that this is an information session with others thinking of implant. That this is purely an educational endeavor. Just a thought.

Bandit, she wouldn't even consider that either. She did basically tell me that in the case of the contact yesterday, since I had already promised, I should do it but she didn't like it. In an effort to assure her though, I suggested something to the person who contacted me and it scared him away, thinking the situation was getting too weird. Hopefully he won't give up on getting information he needs to make an informed decision.

Anyway, I haven't deleted my message in the Show & Tell thread but I have modified it based on several comments in this thread. It now says the following:

Waynetho wrote:In Dallas TX area (Addison) and would be willing to Show and Tell. Still healing from 10/28/19 implant of AMS 700CX 15cm (no RTE).

Update: due my to wife having issues with me participating in Show and Tell, I will no longer offer to meet for Show and Tell. I am still however, willing to talk by phone, text or email with anyone who wants to discuss my experiences with my implant. Face-to-face discussions may be possible as well. Please PM me and we can exchange contact information.

Any DFW men who still prefer an in-person Show and Tell, I wish you luck.

I'm thinking that as far as op's wife goes. I bet she has lots of issues with this whole concept. Add to her original verbal response. She might be embarrassed to let anyone know that her sexual value is so low that even her own husband won't/can't bang her. Basically a self worth issue. I have a hard time seeing the potential list of excuses getting exhausted. I still say let that dog sleep.
