I had my implant on 10/28/19. Or 34 days ago, four weeks and six days ago (might as well say five weeks ago). I have almost no pain most of the time except some soreness and itching in and inside under the incision (penoscrotal). There is a little discomfort around the tubes where they come out of the corpora and a little achy pain after a while if I pump to max for too long. Really though, I'm amazed that I'm sitting here in a restaurant writing this response and I have absolutely no discomfort.

That's awesome. I think you had a pretty damn good doctor, too :)

I think so (hope so) too. He's not a high-volume implanter as he has a regular practice that covers everything from male/female urinary to male reproductive. He does robotic surgeries and relatively minimally invasive procedures such as UroLift. That being said, for "Complex Penile Surgery" search on healthgrade.com, he was rated as performing "Complex Penile Surgery more than 85% of his peers." and 71% for Penile Implants.

Of course I found that Dr. Allen Morey (UT Southwestern, Dallas), who many in FT recommend (@DaveKell), is in the 98% range on both "Penile Implants" and "Complex Penis Surgery". If revisions become necessary (due to fibrotic cavernosa that my doctor couldn't completely penetrate, therefore needing to short-size me), I will be looking up Morey to get the revision. I'm not sure if my doctor even does revisions because he's got a pretty full practice already. He probably leaves that to the HV (high-volume) implanters. I never asked.

This is a general statement.
Any of you guys that work out, stay out of the steam room!!! You can use Sauna, but Steam room...not so much (think bacteria). Or rather, think bacteria that is more alive in the Steam room because of all the water, and Sauna, your own sweat.
