What features of your implant-supplied erection are not as good as your injection-supplied erection?

Eventually, injections stopped working even in the highest formulas and it was time for the implant.

The erections aren't as good as with injections, but it's where I am.
The other day I told my wife that we could have had fun with this when we were younger.
She said I should have done it before even using pills.

Sorry if you have addressed this question in your other posts, but I wonder about your statement, "erections (implant) aren't as good as with injections"

I elected to bypass injections or suppositories and went for an implant after pills stopped working (V.E.D. did not appeal to me).

My implant works great. Erection by implant is as rigid and sizable as my youthful erections (although less round) and longer-lasting. The only shortcoming I see is that my erection does not grow by itself, but requires manually pumping up. (Whereas an injection-induced erection would come up over a period of time -minutes, I guess- perhaps more like a naturally occurring one?)

Never had a problem getting to an orgasm with injections. With implant it is really hard to reach orgasm. Once I even faked it as my wife was getting worn out.

I always swore that an implant would be my last resort.
Starting around 20 years ago I used all the usual pills.

They stopped working abruptly about 8 years ago and my uro suggested an implant.
I figured he wanted to make $ from a surgery so I insisted on injecting.

I actually functioned better on injections than pills.

I can add to that. Injection erections the entire dick is full, swollen and red. Rounder and more natural, but I like my implant. Would like to try Muse cream to see if it fills out the rest.

I loved my injections, while they lasted, but after 12 years I would get hard but would not stay. I had great girth with the injections, over 6.5", but lost that "extra" girth with the implant mostly because my dick is oval or "D" shaped rather then round like it was with the injections. But I consider that a small price to pay for a dick that I make as hard as I want for as long as I want, and at 5.5" x 5.5", is big enough. Love my implant!

I suggest that you Google some of the implant videos by both AMS and Coloplast, they will answer a lot of your questions as to how you are measured, how it is installed and how it works, they are well done.

Since I'm in between sizes what do doctors normally recommend. I'm 23cm so would he do 22 are 24

Coloplast implant how many pumps for full erection. How long does it take. If I were to meet someone and we were to have sex could it be done without her knowing. Any other comments would be helpful
