Smetro - were you such a "shower" before the implant? Your Penis looks great in the flaccid state. looks like over 6 inches. I'm concerned because I am not a "shower". My erection is almost 6 inches in length and 6 inches in girth, but the flaccid size can be as short as 2 inches. I'd be delighted to get the implant and then go thorough life with a 6 inch "semi" tucked in my pants, but my fear is that the surgeon will not achieve the 2 inch to 6 inch expansion that my body seems to be able to do.
Does anyone have any information about this kind of situation?

Great question! You and I sound identical. I’m scheduled to get a Titan on March 4.
Wondering just how it’s going to look both flaccid and pumped erect! Both exciting and very apprehensive at the same time!

No my friend, I was definitely not a ‘shower’ before getting my Titan. I shriveled just like most normal men and was in a pretty sad state leading up to the op.
I love my flaccid now and my GF can’t keep her hands off it (gotta love that).
I can see no reason why you wouldn’t end up similar.
I cycled twice daily religiously for 15 months on top of lots of fucking. It seemed to take that amount of time to get the result I’ve ended up with.

Yes.... you got the perfect outcome smetro. That’s what I’m hoping to get! You look so natural flaccid and erect. Coloplast should pay you to be the poster guy example of the possibilities of a Titan implant! Your pics are definitely and encouragement for me and I’m sure others on this site. I’ve been contemplating taking before and after pics for reference. But pics would basically just be in flaccid state because of the VL!

Cheers for that...... I recommend men look at Merrix’s pics and also Maxxxx..... both have great outcomes with fairly large penises, they are younger men who can instil confidence in the under 50’s ED sufferers.
