Yes, or at least I haven't regained it yet. It depends a lot on your what you started with and the implant used. I have the AMS LGX 700. I have regained the length that I had lost with the RP.i have regained some in girth but still smaller around than before. In my case this has been a good thing. In the past we had to use a lot of lubrication and patience to make it work.

I was around 6 1/4 inch girth, now 5 inch.
The AMS LGX 700 cylinder max diameter 18 mm.
The Colaplast Titan is 21 mm.
Girth is limited by cylinders diameter.

Man, it about brings me to tears reading you had the vein ligation. I only know one person who had good results with that. My doc here in the states said they don't do that here because it doesn't work or only works for a short period of time. Top that, I know 2 people who committed suicide after that procedure failed them. Damn I wish they would stop that procedure. Do your research. Ask and ask again including question your doctor. The answer is there. Find a zone where you are comfortable. Many hugs man.

37 yrs...ed due to single episode of trauma...had penile vein stripping... worst outcome ever..now trying towards an implant

I was reading up about it. The doctor community world wide started out accepting it as a treatment but just a short time later (less than a year).
