This is the best way to post a reply with pictures which tell a thousand words....Awesome stills of an active Active implant. Can't destroy a great Titan no matter what position your're in!

Thanks for your great contribution and I totally agree with the attributes of the Titan!

Titan implanted by Dr Eid Due to Peyronies, Implant was the only option for me.

Maxxx what kind of condom is that? It looks somewhat corrugated in some of those photo. I think my wife would like it!

I'm very lucky...during sex, my scrotum becomes so hard and the pump can not be feelt. not even the balls.
