I was told that many men use creams and such for the engorgement and my follow up question to that was, well is that necessary? Does that make penetration hard? To which he said no. I mean, what is the point of the implant otherwise?!
I have read many men say they still get engorgement when aroused.
I just want to avoid floppy glans syndrome at all costs!!
I have had issues with glans engorgement since I had a Prostatectomy. Since my implant surgery there was a point wherein really thought it was coming back, but it has remained very sporadic. My cylinder tips extend well up into the glans so I have no issues at all with floppy head.
Same here. the glans engorgement problem comes with PC. Defiant is in that group that may get engorgement of his whole dick back with the extra advantage of a couple of hard rods to kept up after he comes. That is hitting the jackpot.
