I am pretty much the same as Merrix regarding deflation........mine deflates easily and stays down. About the only time I manually squeeze mine out is when I go surfing, then I need to deflate as far as possible because laying on my board is more comfortable with the cylinders drained.
Pump and cylinders are getting softer over time.

68,Titan Touch 22cm+1.5cm rte's op done in Melbourne Aust by Dr Chris Love-Feb 2017 Venous leakage over a 2 year period, did pills and Caverject. Length@ 3 1/2years is: 7+” erect, 6.5” flaccid and almost 6” girth. REZUM Feb 21 ejaculation now normal.

I am 64 and had ED from a VL. Implanted by Dr. Ronald Anglade in Atlanta on 9/18/17. I have an AMS700LGX 21 cm via a Penoscrotal incision. Very happy with results. 6" soft and 6 3/4” x 5 5/8” hard.

Sure glad I read this thread this morning. I was going to call my Dr. on Monday because my Titan just won't hang down. It's hangs at about 4 o'clock all the time. I'm 71/2 weeks post op at this time. I think I'm going to wait awhile before I panic and call the Dr.
Otherwise everything seems to be working just fine. I've only got to test it out three times last week and seems to be working fine.
No orgasms yet but maybe in time that will come back too.
77 years old, married 58 years. Had ED for the last 10 years or so.
May 2nd, 2018 Coloplast Titan implanted, 24cm with 1cm RTE's. All went well so far.

Great comparison pictures of both implants the AMS and the Titan. All look great flaccid but it seems with my Titan i am not hanging as loose as any of you. Merrix you hang really well and looks natural. Awesome.

I assume that i had a lot of problems with my Titan implant during the early months. Dr. Eid did a great job but i was his worst nightmare he said. Apparently, i didn't cycle as i should have since i was about 10 weeks out before activation. i have to do some re evaluation....

Alibaba, when i am laying flat it doesn't lay down like it should. lol Have to figure that one out but you have the AMS which is a lot different then the Titan. I probably need a heavy weight ring around the glans to bring it down.. lol

Hey, i am hoping i get my implant "to settle down". lol

Wife appreciates it all. :D

Titan implanted by Dr Eid Due to Peyronies, Implant was the only option for me.

Hardrod, I have a Titan too. It will be 16 months old in 1 day. It got much softer and flexible in time and some serious deflating helps. Some here tell me they do not have to squeeze the fluid out to get that limber when they deflate but I do. If I don't it will lay about 4 o'clock. First one was the LGX.
LGX 21cm .Milam 01/13/16. Horror; both service and surgical outcome. hated infrapubic installation. Kramer revision 03/01/17. 22cm Titan +1.5cm extender. Those who think their opinion is the only one that matters are a danger to themselves and others.
