Recovery statistics?

Being post op at roughly 3 weeks I wonder what to expect the recovery to be. Probably all these are covered in other topics and individual journals but please answer if you can. Hopefully, however, only answers from guys who are fully recovered - for example the current status of my recovery isn't relevant.

1. How did your measurements change from immediately after operation to fully recovered? Length and girth change?

2. How long it took you to get to your final measurements?

3. Was the change roughly linear or more slow or fast in the beginning or closing to final size?

4. Did your dick feel natural in the beginning? If not what was not natural? These for the erect state.

5. Does your dick feel natural now? If not what is not natural? Again for erect state....

6. Do your glans get hard? How would you compare it to natural? Did your glands function change over the recovery?

7. How long did it take that your glans reached the fully recovered state? When did you get first signs of glans getting enlarged?

8. Has the sensitivity changed during the recovery? If it has - how?

9. Has your ejeculation changed during the recovery? In terms of volume and pressure/force?

10. Have your orgasms changed during the recovery?

11. Do you get any natural erection? If so please describe....

I am 3 months along and I have kept a daily diary so I can answer most of your questions in exact detail. I was pumped 20 percent so came out at 4" went in with 6.5" length and 6.67 inch girth the night before. Deflated because of uneven tips and bleeding on day 5 when I was 4.5". Day 8- 5.25" AM and 5.5" PM. I use VED to stretch when I want fast growth then put the VED away and pump up my cylinders wait 10 min and pump again. I only want to be about 6" I have to stretch out more to fix my crooked cylinders. My girth is now 5" I can stretch my penis up to about 6 7/8 if I need to. Using VED I have already exceeded my presurgery length. To sustain it I need to VED every day for a week or so. You'll notice that my growth and shrinkage is all over the place. My scrotal pump was placed wrong so days go by without using it. Plus it makes VED difficult hence I grow then shrink then grow then shrink. When using VED you must be consistent every day for quick continual growth. I cannot will have surgery this Dec to fix the pump. My dick does not and never will again feel natural. As the plastic softens yes it will feel better but certainly not natural. The tips are like steel inside of the head of your penis 24/7. I have ED no erection in the glans before or after implant. The surgery does not affect that part of the penis. If you can have an erect glans now you will after. If not then no. I use VED to help my glans have chubbies and yes they are very very nice. I am told that if they go in above your penis nerves will be cut and you will lose glans sensitivity to some degree. Ejaculation is a different matter. I used to squirt now I just dribble. No such thing as pre ejaculation now. You will have to work hard for it after implant. It feels different but not bad. Some guys put a cock ring on to increase duration. I've tried it about double the number of dribbles even had a squirt. But yes the number of contractions has gone way down for me about 1/2 to 1/3. Still just as enjoyable though. Right now my penis is flat with a round bottom. Erect or flaccid. As girth returns that will change but I can have sex without inflating almost. You will be that hard 24/7 for perhaps a year. So I'm told. I get chubbies all the time just like before. That feeling of arousal should not change I still leak when aroused still wets my underwear like before. My glans before and after only got about 20 or 40 percent erect. The VED helps my blood flow into my penis so yes it is getting better. That has nothing to do with the surgery I don't think. The only guys with that problem have had radical prostectomies
If you are not fully pumped when you go home you will shrink down to about a 1 or 2" nub. If you wait 6 weeks to start stretching out then you may lose an inch or take years to recover. If your doctor tells you differently then he is a liar and you can tell him I said so. After 2 weeks it's too late and you will struggle to recover from scarring. I used VED that breaks the scarring rather quickly and very safely. If your doc says differently not only is he a liar but he is a braying ass as well.

Lot of work answering all those questions!
Merrix, across the board, has documented the journey extremely well and most of us who are past the 18 month mark would likely concur with his analysis.
I remember being a little obsessed with many of the same thoughts and queries many guys here on FT have in the short period post-op, but learned that with the passage of time and and by following my doctors instructions, my maximum length and girth revealed itself at about the 18 month point.
Sensitivity relating to orgasm and ejaculation has continued to return/improve quite markedly over the last 6 months.
Hope my small input helps you understand that it’s a real journey with incremental improvements over the duration.

At a year and 4 months since being implanted, I'm as big and thick as I ever was. Also, I previously was a lifelong two pump chump. Not anymore. I can control my sensitivity by how far I inflate. Let's say maybe to about 80% for the old time quickie, rock hard (and then some) for marathon porn star sessions. I also mentioned before being concerned about the lacking volume in the load I could shoot. Not anymore, I seem to gush forever now. It's like I end every seminar I speak at for men getting info on ED treatments, "I've been taken off a deathbed twice in my life by surgeons but consider my implant to be the greatest medical miracle I've had". I'm not concerned with how that sounds... because I mean it sincerely.

Probably varies from one man to another......18 months might be a safe number to aim for.

Just caught that you are 3 weeks post op. I thought you were 3 weeks pre op. My bad. I assume they did not pump you during those 3 weeks? Then you are in the same boat as us all. Buy your VED. Start slowly and carefully. It will speed up recovery by months or years even. I would stretch at least 1/8" a week longer until you have reached your pre implant length. After that do like me and just engorge the glans daily for 5 or 10 minutes. It will speed recovery of length and girth and energize your glans for max sensitivity. My penis remains engorged after ved for about an hour. So 5" girth no ved before and 6" girth fully pumped after ved. Makes a huge difference during sex.
