I had a revision and the cylinders were 18cm plus. But I have noticed that the base does not go down as far as the first implant I had. But now I have a full eight inches which is close to what I had before any implant.
The revision they did not let me pump it up until six weeks after surgery. But man he done a great job on the revision. I am very happy.
Only thing I have had a problem with is the MS pump valve. Sometimes it gets stuck in the open position and it will not work for a few tries. I hate that, but what I do is leave about four pumps in the cylinders and it works every time. This problem only occurs when I deflate it all the way.
Oh! and flaccid I am at seven inches.
Be patient Doug. But you can not be much bigger then what mother nature gave you to start with.
PLEASE HELP!!

I am finding it quite bizarre that several of our members all have the exact same size implant and RTE's and yet the size of their junk is vastly different. I am NOT calling anyone a liar and it is interesting to note that my first implant was 18 + 2 and was certainly not 7 inches flaccid. I wonder what gives:

Re: PLEASE HELP!!
Definitely strange, when you have 8 inches (which is 20.34cm) and have an ams with 18+2.
Does not add up somehow.

Re: PLEASE HELP!!
I have seen many of your posts and you tend to be highly dramatic and what I would call a reactionary. You are still healing. You penis has been through a traumatic event and is recovering. It is likely swollen inside and getting used to the equipment that intruded inside it. At first the pump bulb is hard to press, but I believe part of it has to do with your recovering penis' capacity to be pumped. It was after my four week activation appointment that I began to see my penis relax and I was able to gain size. The gains has nothing to do with my LGX's purported ability to expand in time. It was just that my shaft was more healed and I was able to fully pump it to the max. Your math formulas are bullshit because each of us has a unique anatomy and the interior measurement we have is impossible to determine until surgery. Do yourself a huge favor and allow yourself time to heal and for now just chill.

I am 64 and had ED from a VL. Implanted by Dr. Ronald Anglade in Atlanta on 9/18/17. I have an AMS700LGX 21 cm via a Penoscrotal incision. Very happy with results. 6" soft and 6 3/4” x 5 5/8” hard.
Re: PLEASE HELP!!
Larry, Before I explained that my normal erection before any implant was slightly over eight inches. When I had my first implant I could only get around seven full erection and I complained to the doctor that he had short changed me and that I was at least one inch shorter. That implant lasted 15 years. After having an implant for that long and leaving it parcel full all the time, it does stretch and probably that is why it is now seven inches all the time flacid. Then I had the revision and they installed a LGX and he told me that it was 18cm plus he called something spacers, but he did not mention how many and I did not ask. He also done it different from the first doctor. The first the incision was through the top and the revision was at the base of the penis and part of the scrotum. The ultrex I could feel it deep inside me. The revision is more out and when fully pumped gives me an extra inch which was what my original size was before my first implant. So it just gave me what I had lost before.
I will repeat again, the only thing I do not like about the revision is the MS pump. It does not work all the time on the first try, until I hear like a spring pop inside and seats the valve. Then it works perfect. But I agree with Greg. Every person is different on their junk.

Re: PLEASE HELP!!
RAY, Boston scientific (call the rep) has on file the exact parts installed in you. Tell them where and when the procedure was installed with your name and date of birth. They will send you an email with the form with all the data. That is what I had to do to get my info. There are parts that are under warranty for 2 years, so they will have your info. in their data base even though it was done 1 1/2 years ago.

Re: PLEASE HELP!!
Thanks oldbeak. I think that the MS pump does have some warranty, but I hate to go for another surgery just 1.5 years old on the revision. But I do worry about that valve not working one of these days and that would be very disappointing. I freak out every time it does not want to work. But I just press the button and the small ball fills up, squeeze it again over and over until I hear something pop. I believe there is a spring or something in the valve that is hanging up. So in order to prevent the malfunction of the valve all I have to do is leave it partially pumped up.

Re: PLEASE HELP!!
Okay guys I got the message. Of course they have to measure each side every time. How else would they know if they had made it down to the bone and up to the glans? They don't use doppler during the surgery like they should just go in blind and hope for the best. Very medieval in m opinion. But it is what it is. And I was never advised by anyone not to touch it, well you guys did. The nurse did gasp when I told him I had pumped a little to relieve the buckle but that was after the fact. Have not touched it since.
