Wife and I have had sex twice since I became bionic (pre-activation, walking around with a semi for weeks I couldn't contain myself any longer) Neither time I as able to achieve an orgasm, close....but not quite there.
Today was activation day,Dr was very happy with results and cleared me for take off.
My question is, is it normal to not be able to climax at first? I assume it is due to the trauma inflicted on my little buddy during the surgery and that it will return to normal as the healing continues.

I didn’t have my first intercourse orgasm until a few months after “take off”. It was the most intense of my whole life. I still have difficulty getting all the way to climax about half the time, but it is certainly getting better.
I have a slightly better record masturbating - probably 3 out of 4 times, but it tales a long time. Last night it took me almost an hour. (But it was a fun hour!).
Sensory nerves can take a long time to fully heal, and some never fully heal. I lost sensation with the prostatectomy and some more with the implant. I’m pretty much back to where I was before the implant.
Hope this helps, and hope you “get there” soon.

I've only had intercourse once since surgery and the same thing, no climax, she had to finish me off with a blo-job and even that took awhile. They always say it's the journey, but I like the the destination best of all. That few seconds of life are the best few seconds of life.
77 years old, married 58 years. Had ED for the last 10 years or so.
May 2nd, 2018 Coloplast Titan implanted, 24cm with 1cm RTE's. All went well so far.

True facts! Although I do enjoy having more staying power and so does my wife I am really really looking forward to the end result.

Maybe, as long as you didn't do any permanent damage because you were impatient.
