I completely agree. (And even before the E.D. that was caused by my prostatectomy in 2000, even aroused I couldn't get as hard as I used to because of (1) age and (2) heart condition. So I am a happy guy now!) :D

68,Titan Touch 22cm+1.5cm rte's op done in Melbourne Aust by Dr Chris Love-Feb 2017 Venous leakage over a 2 year period, did pills and Caverject. Length@ 3 1/2years is: 7+” erect, 6.5” flaccid and almost 6” girth. REZUM Feb 21 ejaculation now normal.

Do not have to worry about alcohol affecting performance. Hell you could be past out and still give her a good ride. Granted she may have to pump it and you may not remember it. If you single may not remember all the girls you fucked. Will not have to say no if a couple or 3 girls all want you at the same time

i cannot get hard unless i pump up, and i will never again have a natural erection....oh, but wait, my inability to get a spontaneous hard-on was the whole reason for the implant....so i am a happy camper and I miss NOTHING from the days of being a natural guy with lowsy inconsistent erections....everything is better with the implant (assumes that your natural penis erection is non-functional)

Can not orgasm during sex (in my case).... Numbness/loss of sensation

Yes...... for 8 1/2 months it took ages to climax...... just these last few weeks a lot of sensation has returned

Can orgasm most of the time with masturbation, but it is difficult. Didn't necessarily need an expensive implant for that however....
