Got fitted up for a Specialized thing a few weeks ago - right width on the sit bones cos I have a big arse, and it is a real improvement on the Brooks on that account. Still a bit tender when I get in the drops/on the rivet, but improving. Now I have to get a white one to match the bike...

Eveready,

That sounds encouraging! Glad you are back in the saddle.

Will you be able to return to the Brooks eventually?
The tenderness that you feel now, where is it coming from, pump, tubing, rte's?
That rivet is the one on the nose of the saddle?
Keep us posted, I'm anxious for more details of your progress.
