If you saw me looking like this in the locker room while changing clothes......what would you think? Now you know why I no longer change, sauna, steam, or shower at the gym. I come straight home.

The implant is TOTALLY DEFLATED. Not a drop of saline is in the implant tubes. None.

Showing the implant in body context from 2 different angles (front and side) so you will understand.

Wow...see what you mean. While I don't wish to have the same problem you do, what I wouldn't give for a dick that big. I'm getting an AMS700 LGX on 7 November, but I don't have as much to work with as you did. Hope you can find a solution that'll work for you. Have you asked Titan?
Age 63 married 41 years...2 kids and 2 grandkids. Had robotic RP in Apr 2008. Negative PSA since then. Suffered ED initially from Type II diabetes and then the RP. Had AMS700 LGX implant on 7 Nov 11.

I just had to chime in. Those of you with Titans that don't have this problem need to know that Jerry is blessed with a large penis, when you have more, it shows, soft and hard.

I am NOT nearly as blessed as Jerry, and I have an LGX, but I was wondering if I would ever look somewhat normal again a few weeks after surgery. Thankfully, one day it suddenly decided to deflate more than it had before, and I'm not so self conscious any more. However, my wife still tells me I "stick out" a bit. I've caught several people doing a double take when their eyes cross the vicinity, both guys and girls. So it is noticable. A couple good friends (guys) have seen me nude and have told me I just look like I'm a little more hung than most, not that bad. So, I don't worry about it.

Jerry, I will tell you I went to school with a guy who was very well hung. He wasn't a large guy otherwise, just his penis. My friends and I used to talk about him (jealously) saying he was bigger soft than we were hard. I guess I'm telling you to not be so apologetic about it. You have what you have. I would probably look twice if I saw you without knowing you, but I don't think I would think anything negative, just that you are hung!

Good luck!

Honestly? If you were just acting normal, getting showered or dressed, I would think, "Hmmm... that guy's got a bit of a semi." I wouldn't think anything more of it other than "Hey, it happens!"

Now if you started stroking yourself, or tried winking at me... then I'd be making an exit!

Another note on this, and I do not mean to sound harsh, but really...who cares? You went through the trouble of getting the implant and have been given the gift of being able to have sex again. There is nothing you can do about what is inside of you but work with it. Dont worry about what "other men" think of it. If anyone says anything, tell them to keep their eyes on themselves. I know alot of people have a hard time ignoring what other people think, but hopefully optimism is contageous. So your hung? Some other guys on here said jelousy would be a factor, and they are right.

Genome,

Honestly? I would say to myself, "Dear Lord, why couldn't you have given me one like that?"

I inflate mine purposely while showering when I'm at the locker room each day. I do it because the nice long hot shower makes it so much easier to inflate. (we have private shower stalls at my locker room) Nobody has made a comment yet. Just my two cents worth and not much more.

Well... I'd think there goes a guy that puts a smile on his woman's face. Honestly, from your photos we are about the same size (penis wise). Your's is much more ascetically pleasing to the eye (I'm overweight). I think you should be proud of your package and if anyone doesn't like it, dick slap them (just kidding). Most of the men I've been around in the locker rooms (army, police, private sector) would be pleased and arrogant about a pecker like that. I honestly think that over time you will see a change, but I don't know how much time that would be for you. If I'm wrong however, I think you should only be proud of that beast, not embarrassed!

Go make a smile and gloat about it!

G--

You asked what we would think if we say you and many of us answered. You didn't ask our opinion about what you should say if you see someone in the locker room sneaking a jaw dropping glance. Here it is:

"Ain't this a nice 'un?"

Try that and see what kind of reaction you get.
