Don't know what you mean really. Maybe you misunderstood, or maybe I wasn't clear. I don't have that issue. I am married and of course my wife knows all about my implant. So I never have to deal with the question about whether to tell or not. And hence her noticing my implant when she gives me a blowjob is not an issue either.

What I was referring to was a general question if the girl will notice.
Some guys will look at it like you do. Some won't. There are plenty of posts here from guys, mostly younger guys, who don't want to tell a girl before they jump in bed that they have a prosthesis in their dick.
