
I am six weeks from surgery so maybe just time but any other helpful tips would be appreciated.

I think that is what is bothering me the most is the RTEs are pushing up.

Rear Tip Extender, they are the hard pieces that extend from rear cylinders to the inside of you.
you can see by my image that is attached to the back. I seem to sit on them and it is just rubbing me the wrong way.
