Should I get an implant from a cliinical trial?

Postby arazon » Wed Nov 04, 2026 5:36 pm

I'm thinking of seeing Dr Hillelsohn in NYC. He's not as high volume as the popular surgeons but there are 2 guys on this forum that have had implants by him and they have rated him as excellent.

But alternatively, I can be part of a clinical trial for a Rigicon Infla10 with Dr Hakky. But keep in mind that its a trial with a Rigicon model thats being tested, although there are men who've had it implanted so far with good results at least in the short term, not long term.

Let me know which to choose. Thank you.

" clinical trial" does that mean no cost ? if so i would say jump at the chance , Rigicon Infla10 is new only in the US market . its been used overseas with as much succes as the other brands . when it first came out it had some issues that were addressed . and now its reported to be good competion to other brands . if not better .

My surgery is next week and I believe Dr Hakky said the trial is ending in December.
