Penile implant date

Finally make the decision to get a penis implant and have a date of 11/18/2026. Doctor Paul Knoll will be doing the procedure, and he's now considered a high-volume doctor.

It will be here before you know it. One piece of advice from someone treated in that office who got a good technical result, but needed more communication. At the time of initiation of cycling the pump, INSIST that they demonstrate quite specifically how you are supposed to pump the bulb, watching you and correcting as needed. If it is too difficult to pump the bulb efficiently at that particular postoperative visit, do not hesitate to return to get more hands-on instruction. I ended up with more trial and error than should’ve been necessary, resulting in some gaps in using the device and unfounded anxiety about valve failure.
AMS 700 CX Tenacio 4/24/2026 at age 65. ED from early 50s. Pills and Trimix/Quadmix with side effects superimposed on limited effectiveness.

November 13 2026 will 8 years implanted for me.
66 years old , Mild ED since mid 30's tried all the pills, trimix, Implanted with Titan Touch 22cm + 3cm rte 11/13/18 by Dr Rayford
