Compass Rose Health insurance for Fed. Employees

Any federal employees here with Compass Rose health insurance? Thinking of switching from BCBS to Compass Rose. I would like to know if they covered your implant or not. BCBS covers implants but are pricing me out of their plans. I am worried about when the time comes for a replacement. I have read their brochure and it doesn't state they are covered but doesn't say they are excluded. Open season is near so I thought I might get some input from some members here. Thanks!
