Get an LGX if you want the longest possible penis, my brother.

My VED length at 5 inhg pressure is 15.8 cm. Before ED started, my NBPEL was 6 inch atleast, girth 5.3 inch. now my erection (which is not fully rock hard) measures only 5x4.5 inch. Almost 1.3 inch difference. So what does it say? If I go for malleable implant surgery next year, will I be less than 5 inch? or closer to VED length? Thank you.

I used VED therapy daily for over 2 1/2 years before my implant, also with cock rings for PIV sex. Not very satisfactory for that, but ultimately it was the only VED treatment that partially worked. I amped up the VED therapy aggressively in the weeks before my implant surgery. I believe it helped stretch the penile tissues to their natural maximum, which allowed the largest cylinders that my anatomy can handle to be implanted. The growth beyond your natural size that you often get inside the VED is engorgement over and above whatever maximum stretch you can safely attain. In my case I could get over 7.5 inches in the VED, with huge girth that filled the tube, but my natural erection is a shade over 6.5 inches and girth just under 5 inches.

Unfortunately no one can predict what size you may get but most guys seem to eventually end up with their pre op size, or very close. Once implanted with my IPP I was able to eventually recover my pre ED size, as I healed, cycled the implant, and my corpora adapted to it. Malleable is different, as you will be already at a fixed length post op and effectively always fully erect. There are considerations with sizing a malleable for comfort reasons and to avoid possible erosion. That also happens for IPPs but I get the impression that for an MPP it's more critical. If you are keen on an MPP I would suggest doing all the research you can and make a comparison between both MPPs and IPPs. That's what I did. Whatever you decide find the best surgeon available to implant it.

How about expanding to your original penile length before it started to atrophy? Maximum stretch that I see on my VED dial is much longer than what I get via stretch test. That means that your dick is fully capable of stretching as far as VED takes it. I suspect that was my length in my younger days

Now, could LGX stretch it up to this VED dial length. I suspect the answer is yes. Titan and CX and we always forget about X probably not. AX? I'm yet to come across anyone who was able to take it beyond his pre-op length.

Still, I heard more than once of Titan gaining some small bit of length over pre-op length. I don't think I ever read of CX doing that.

It’s very common to be at least a half inch short at initial inflation, this is where exercises come in. Your penis atrophys a little during your recovery time and it took me about 10 months to get back to my preop length.
VED length is very disceiving. It creates a LOT of engorgement that I think goes beyond any normal engorgement you could get naturally. Also it pulls all the slack out of your skin stretching it out past the normal tips of penis. With an implant your pushing it from inside and only getting natural engorged. Back when I was injecting and started using a VED just before implant I would always get a little over a 1/4” more with VED than even the hardest throbbing erection with injection.

Interesting, I have a question, which I am not able to get answer. so what does VED length truly indicate.

When you go with a malleable what you get is what you got. You could possibly gain a 1/4” with engorgement. Malleable are know to cause a small lose simply because it will not contract at all so they can’t fill the space full to the tips or there would be erosion. VED is very disceiving due to maximum engorgement girth wise and length wise generally beyond you natural ability. Even up to a 1/2” don’t have any experience with malleable just what I’ve read on here. Good luck with whatever you go with. I feel the most important thing is go with a surgeon that is very experienced with whatever you are going to go with.
Born 1965 ED at 45 pills, shots all failed.

If you are a girth enthusiast (size freak), you should be mentally prepared to lose some girth with a malleable. If your baseline girth is below average, you won’t notice much. The only person who can examine and explain this is your doctor.

so whatever my current erect length and girth is there, (even if it is not good erection quality), that will be the size post implant? I hope atleast they will be rigid like natural strong erection, especially even after ejaculation, because I suffer from premature ejaculation too. I get 1.2 inch different between natural erection and VED.

Dude, nobody can guarantee your length - even the highest volume out of the highest volumes. That being said, your chances of at least getting your pre-op back drastically increase with higher-volume implanter. Now, how do you know if a doctor is a high volume? You find out about it here, not from a doctor. Anybody can declare themselves high-volume. I, for example, just did so too. Do you want me to implant your butt? :D I thought so. The feedback from the users that reaches certain critical threshold in volume is the only thing that can tell you whether a doctor is high-volume or not. Or... if you get a good feel from the total number of implants that he provides you with.

For example, I know that Doctor Martin Gross from New Haven, Ct. is a highly trustworthy guy with truly amazing bed manners, and I suspect is a very good careful implanter on the conservative side, in the mode of, let's say, Clavell. Hakky for example, admittedly is a more aggressive implanter. Both types of implanters have their pros and cons.

Gross told me that he implanted 625 in total but only 15 of them were malleables, and that last number sounded like a warning coming from him that he repeated a few times. That's in 10 years of practice + there were more in training. He also said that there is a significant difference with the way one implant IPPs vs. MPPs. Coming from him it sounded like a fact. If I were going with Coloplast Titan (that's the only IPP that he implants) Martin Gross would be a no brainer. Is he the best? Probably not. Is he sufficient and reliable? I'd say yes yes yes.

Back to length. Both Shaeer and Gross told me that my final length should be somewhere between my stretch test length (worst case scenario but hey, nobody can guarantee you anything here, no matter what they say) and my VED maximum. Unless, said Shaeer, I'd go with LGX, then I might improve my length size.

Lately I've been reading about how some virgin (not revised) Titan recipients exceeded their length but nearly 1/2inch. Not a 1/2cm now - 1/2 an inch. When I told Shaeer about it - he grinned. After 30 years of experience of implanting anything and everything under the sun and in very high volume this guy truly projects knowledge. It is a well known fact that men have tendency to mentally improve on their penile length. Every penile surgeon knows that. Hope every one of us here does too.

Thanks for the detailed response in that thread/forum. I am from India, need to search for high volume surgeon. That said, my stretched length (non bone pressed) is 5 inch, and VED is 6.2 inch, if the final post OP length is between this, I am more than happy, but my main concern is about the rigidity, and girth. My previous ED girth was 5.3 inch, and right now 4.5-4.7 inch, I really wish to get back my old max girth or close to it. My partner won't feel the stretching feeling with my current girth, not sure if it is girth issue or the hardness issue (because my hardness is okish,), if I press with fingers, it can easily go 2-3 mm inside. And axial rigidity is also less, glans does not fully become rigid. So can MPP give rock hard Erection? Or will it also be somewhat hard and can easily be pressed inside with fingers? Here In India , insurance does not cover implants, so I can't afford IPP out of pocket, and too many revisions too, I heard it can fail in 1 year also, if lucky can go 5 years, if very lucky then 8-9 years. IPP cost is like 50% of my annual income.

MPP would not give you girth, in fact it may cause you to lose some. If your
main concern is about the rigidity, and girth
then you should be deciding between Coloplast Titan, AMS700 CX & one of the Rigicon Infla10 (AX or X) implants. All of them can prematurely fail. This procedure is a risk. If you want guarantees you probably shouldn't be getting yourself implanted. Picking a good high volume doctor would minimize your risk. Would never get rid of it completely though. If a person has been around long enough and is a high volume implanter he would acquire his share of fuck ups and unhappy customers. If somebody has perfect record chances are he is either a rookie or not a high volume implanter or both.

I can't help you with money situation, that's your reality, not mine. The only thing I can tell you is that it would cost you much more in the US than in India. There are plenty of implanters of varied quality in India. There are plenty of Indian WhatsApp groups where members are much more qualified to steer in the right direction than most of the people here.
