- her laying comfortably on her back
- you on your side at a 90 degree angle from her
- her leg closest to you angled over your body
- your top leg (you're on your side) draped over her body and other leg farthest from you
- might try a couple pillows along her side to support the lower calf/ankle/foot of your top leg to help keep the weight of your leg off of her abdomen

Thanks chuck for the suggestion, it worked I tried it this morning, but lets start from the beginning.
