6 months with Titan and single in NYC

6-Month Update — 24cm Titan, Dr. Eid

Fellas, it’s been six months since my 24cm Titan surgery with Dr. Eid. Figured I’d share a few observations on where things stand.

1. Length: Immediately following surgery, I was measuring 6.3 inches bone-pressed. I’m now at 7.65 inches bone-pressed and 7.1 inches non-bone-pressed. Before surgery, with injections, I could reach approximately 7.25 inches bone-pressed. My belief is that the combination of scar tissue improvement and the Titan cylinders gradually remodeling and straightening my penis has brought me happily back to my pre-ED, pre-scarring anatomical ceiling. Couldn’t be more pleased with that outcome.

2. Girth: I think I’ve gained a little, though not quite as much as I’d like. Still, not too bad, and I’m not complaining.

3. Sex: I’ve been with three women since surgery. Told one about the implant; the other two don’t know. All three have been repeat customers, so I’ll take that as a good sign lol.

4. Sensation: Pretty much perfect. No complaints whatsoever.

5. Concealment: Honestly, not really an issue. Just different from what I was accustomed to.

6. Confidence: This is a big one. I’d say my sexual confidence has recovered to approximately 80% of where it was at my pre-ED peak. That’s an enormous improvement from where I was before surgery.

7. Flaccid appearance: Yeah, it’s not entirely natural. But I’ve largely gotten used to it, and it really doesn’t bother me much anymore.

8. The emotional side: The wound of losing the girl I loved, in no small part because of the insecurities I was struggling with before surgery, is still very much there. That’s something an implant can’t fix. However, slowly but surely, I’m moving forward. My life has become much fuller, more social, and more enjoyable. I suppose the point is that this surgery can help fix an awful lot of things, but it can’t fix everything.

9. Regrets: Yes, I wish I’d done it sooner. Absolutely. Preferably before meeting the woman I loved. Such is life.

10. Overall: I’m extremely happy with my decision and my outcome. My life is unquestionably better than it was during those last few years before surgery. I have my sexuality back, much of my confidence back, and a renewed appreciation for things I once took for granted.

A special shout-out to Dr. Eid, who really is a master of his craft. I’m glad I listened to him and went with the Titan, which was clearly the right choice for my scarred anatomy. He’s left me with a great-looking penis, and I couldn’t be happier with his work.

I look forward to perhaps having the Titan Prime someday… but hopefully not anytime soon!

How are you handling the stealth pumping with the pump sound etc?

Congrats! I’ve had the same experience you’ve had. Proceeding with a titan with Dr Eid was the right decision. Like you, I’m back to my pre-ED length, nearly the same girth (but still PLENTY), and confidence restored.

Excellent question. The stealth part is truely something you just try out and get a feel for. Usually, go to bathroom and pump as much as I can with it still fitting somewhat in my pants. Then when fore play starts you just find the moments to get extra pumps in.

Usually when I anticipate sex…. I warm up the valve system by cycling a bit. Seems to lessen the gurgle noise plus just what ever noise in the room, fan, tv music what ever. Had t really been a problem.
