The necrosis is stable and other skin damage is recovering. But the edema hasn't moved at all.

And that's the problem. If I wait another two weeks to cycle the auxetic cuts will be closed. And now I have a 24cm in and without the auxetic cuts it will be too big.

So this isn't just a vanity issue. I don't have two weeks. I need to start cycling asap

I know for sure the 24 cm is not too big for you. Besides being upsized a cm up is normal all the time. We had similar measurements when we had surgery. Hakky told me he could have fitted a 24 cm in but due to where he did the corporotomy, the measurement proximal was 10 cm and was too long for the rigicon because of how the tubing exits, the pump would be high riding. And he did try a 22+2 on me on original surgery but for some weird reason the ipp wouldnt deflate so he essentially had to waste the entire setup and did a 22+1 on me thinking that upsizing may have caused the issue. So on revision he told me for sure at a minimum id get a 24, hell just modify where to do the corporotomy from the last one as he now knows my anatomy.

Long story short, you are not too short for a 24. Even a 24 can fit me then he said if he was using a titan and not the rigicon due to the tubing issue.

Heal first. Get the swelling down. See what lee thinks is the best path. And hopefully even if surg is needed, nothing will involve an explant

Well, you gotta remember that I was sized up after the auxetic cuts were made. So maybe, but I don't know if I had an extra cm in me without them this early after first implant.

Will just have to wait and see.

The other thing is the scar tissue and skin tightness after the necrosis. I had a Concorde glans before surgery and hope that this won't pull it down again.

Can't do much atm. Should have an update on Tuesday after my next appointment.

Currently sitting in UCLH after my follow up with Wai Gin Lee where I'm waiting to have a local anaesthetic to investigate a possible urethral injury from the surgery.

So, yet another issue with this surgery.

The causation is clear. Failure to return the foreskin and application of surgical tape caused paraphimosis, lymphedema and necrosis.

Will find out now if Bugra & Hakky also caused an injury to my urethra as well.

What is now clear is that I'll definitely need a circumcision. There is no question of this now. For American guys that's no big deal, but for me this is something I never wanted.

If the implant comes out then I'm explanted for six months. I'll probably lose size.

So this whole endeavour will have been for less than nothing. Where I could have gotten a free revision and stayed at home in London, I've now paid out of pocket for the pleasure of traveling abroad, spending a week in hospital and ruining my dick.

It is now clear to me, and that I share my view with everyone here, that"Dr" Bugra is a charlatan and should not be practicing.

My advice is to NOT EVER let him touch you. His response has been very defensive and has now refused to confirm who else was in the OR, to provide me with other images and has now refused to communicate with me.

I went from needing a routine revision to now having salvage surgery.

I just hope things don't get worse from here...

I could tell paraphimosis was an issue from the very first picture you posted. You NEVER leave a guy retracted like that why the hell did they do that? Even without surgery you're going to cause edema and risk necrosis.
