Sixteen hours till Titan showtime!

It's almost time, guys. I have to be at the surgery center at 6:00 tomorrow morning to start the IV antibiotics, shaving, etc. Paperwork is done, bills are paid, antibiotics and clear liquid diet underway, dotted all the i's and crossed all the t's. My recovery room is set up, the pantry and freezer are stocked, my handsome chauffeur (aka husband) has a full tank of gas and a clean windshield for us. A shiny new Coloplast Titan is being placed by Dr. Hakky at 9:00. I'd be lying if I said I was absolutely NOT nervous, but I'm ready for the change and I'm excited about what lies ahead. I'll post a follow-up once the fog lifts. Now to get a good night's sleep.

By the time you read this you’ll be coming out of surgery and you’ll be glad the surgery is over. My add to what has already been said is to keep a positive attitude! Sounds like you’re there for now but keep it up. There will likely be some ups and downs over next several months but keep your chin up and a smile on your face. With implants time is your cure for most all issues if the job is done correctly and with Hackey your chances are near 100%! Congrats!!
