* Sexual satisfaction: Penis size alone doesn't determine sexual satisfaction. Arousal, intimacy, communication, and technique matter too.
* Self-worth: Your penis size doesn't determine your masculinity or value as a person.
* However: It's also understandable that someone might feel upset about having a smaller penis, especially if they experience erectile dysfunction, penile shortening, or anxiety about their appearance.
I think the post makes a good point: people can acknowledge that size matters to them personally without treating a smaller penis as if they've lost everything.
The goal shouldn't necessarily be to stop caring about size completely, but to stop letting it control your happiness.

A smaller penis like between 5'3" (world's median penile size) and 4" might not, but a 1 inch, even 2", in fact maybe even 3 inches of working hard dick would guarantee that you would be unable to successfully penetrate even the skinniest female, no matter how much of the technique you have. If you equate having sex with achieving sexual penetration then you'd be a big time SOL.
Oral sex going both ways would still be possible though. Although I suspect even that would have to be somehow adjusted on her end if you'd get yourself a hard working 1 incher. If that's what you're aiming for with your penile implant surgery, and you think that a female would just be happy with you "communication, and technique" then more power to you. Don't talk to your doctor about length then. Whatever happens happens.
