I'm interested in going to the Philippines but I keep reading about Filipinas who scam men out of their money since its a 3rd world nation. Are the women in Manila different than those from other parts of the country in that theyre not scammers?

So I assume you pay about $400/month on rent, bills and food. Thats better than paying $3000/month for all that in the states.

I'm interested in traveling there, maybe to live my life there but I still need more info about this cuz its a big life move. But you have me interested in going there, no doubt.

some of them chat with a girl online, sometimes for more than a year , have never met them ,yet send money very month . other buys the women houses , businesses etc . then the girl kicks them to the curb and its all gone .
we can not own any property here except a condo .
so the rule is never buy any property that is not in your name .
but there is no reason you cant find a genuine filipna as a partner . what they want is a guy who has a stable income and will stick around .
but online of course there will be some that use thier accounts to seperate guys from their money . like asking for travel fare to visit you ,but if you send it they ghost . those type have great game with that and will cry about how thy are hungry ,please help ! etc . cut those off . . if they can do that daily they make more than if they worked or its a side scam .
just meet up in person and if a girl starts with money sob storys ,she is after money.
after being here for 8 years . i see plenty of expats in a stable relationship . by the way there is a honest filipina on you tube who caters to foreingers who are interested in the philippines . and she goes over every thing . "the filipina pea" you should check her out .
this week i actually decided to keep track of what we spend daily as i have not been paying attention for a while

And appreciate the suggestion of" the filipina pea" on yt. But honestly i dont like her nor her videos cuz she's too raunchy and distracting being sexually implied. Its just not necessary in my view. But I am checking out other yt creators who speak on filipinas from the philippines. I also found yt vids on thailand. I found that the women there are more beautiful than filipinas.

Btw I'm not one of those "a fool is born every minute" type. If a filipina is that kind, I dismiss them on the spot, no questions asked.

its enough if you dont travel and rent hotels .

but no,foreingers can not own property aside from a condo ,and the official rule is that the majority of owners must be pinoy . like 60% . idk if that is enforced or not . its probably that percent anyway .
a expat can have a bussiness if 60 % is owned by a pinoy and if i remeber right there is an excepton for large higher $$$ businneses .
i havent been to thailand but some are beauties there for sure . although i dont see to much differnece in their looks . both places have beuatuful girls and lots of guys like thailand . the cost is going up from what has been reported and the visa long term is more difficult . cambodia has a no stress one year visa . .it looks pretty modern and clean with freindy people .
