I first joined here in Jan 2011 when I realized that Implant was the only solution due to a Priapism and ignorant doctors that ignored my erection when I went to the ER.

Anyway, I was blessed here by getting in contact with Dr. Edward Karpman in California in June of 2011. Since then, looking at the results, I would say, not to brag, but I feel like I've had among the best overall results. I've been with over 50 women since Aug of 2011 and none except two knew I was implanted. I told two and both results were interesting. When a Woman finds you attractive to begin with, then realizes you are a walking dildo, they get very turned on.

I've had one revision and now I'm back to where I was before the Implant with more girth. If you get to where I was and you know you need an Implant, get it ASAP. I lost length between where I needed an Implant and where I got one which was less than a year and lost over an inch.

I have waay too many DMs going back to 2012. Any questions feel free to ask. I forgot about this site but I'll try to be more active. I got the AMS CX when I originally wanted the Titan. Dr Karpman was honest and I'm very glad he explained why. I'm not sure if he still performs the procedure but he assured me, he has shown many Drs how to do the procedure. Intra pubic is the way to go. I knew it wasn't back in 2011. Not sure why anyone would go scrotal in this day and age. Most revisions and issues are coming from the Titan and scrotal approach due to infections, long recovery times etc.
