AMS CX for a longer Phallus?

I have a CX. I'm about 24cm erect length and 16.5cm around. When I first was implanted in 2011 my erect length was about 20cm. I had a revision in late 2017 and have the same one now. My Dr, Dr Karpman is a bigger fan of the AMS models. Back in 2011 I wanted a Titan because the reviews were it was stronger. The Titan has "dog ear" issues though. My CX looks and feels quite normal.

I also don't fully squeeze the fluid out and just leave it plump.
