What’s The difference of penis length between titan’s inflation size and deflation?!

My inflated length is about 1.25” longer than my deflated length.

I am 8.5" erect, about 7.75" flaccid. The Titan doesn't change length very much, it was an adjustment for me.
59yo Coloplast Titan 28cm Penoscrotal with Dr. Hakky 10/21/2025.
Pre-op erect measurements:
8.5"L and 6.5"C

Post-op: 8”L and 6”C at one week.
8.5” and 6”C at three weeks with full glans engorgement

A good chunk of the difference might be from the glans engorging , not so much shaft length?
56, Mild ED started 20 years ago, Pills very effective for first 12 years. Then High Blood Pressure made ED much worse. Pills inconsistent now. Dont like needles.

Seems like 2-3X difference for me just from eyeballing.

Grower before, shower with Genesis and back to being a grower with Titan.

About an inch
60yo.ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works w diminishing results.
Implanted 5-22 Titan 20cm with 1cm RTE.
Revision 3-26 Titan 24cm with 1cm trimmed off.
Infection, salvage 5-26 Titan 24cm -1cm trimmed.

this is the strength of the Lgx, it mimics the natural growth/ shrinkage of our original equipment. After years of being a shower I think a Titan will be my choice at revision time.
71 years now,Ed twenty years. A sever break to penis, vit E, pataba, Viagra, massage Ved cilas, exhausted, I tossed in my towel, Op for implant Mar 18, 2021 AMS LGX 18 x12 + 1 3cm RTE,yep standard size, happily gained girth and length,.. stay hwp!

A ww1 veteran planning his next revision...tells alot about the expected reliability of these "things".

Non bone pressed length. I would say is about an inch longer erect. My flaccid hangs at about 6 inches flat give or take the day of how agressiveky I deflate.
38 nyc. Great sexlife 18-31. Ed at 32, Trimix/bi mix last 5 years. Confidence gone, spontaneity gone.

24cm Titan placed by Dr. Eid on 4/14/26
Pre op 7.25 inch bpl
3 month post opp: Non bpl 6.9 inch/ Bpl 7.3 inch

Confidence back.
