The implant never failed. I ended up having a lot of erosion at the tips. Hopefully this is the end of the erosion. Yes insurance paid thankfully each time.

how did that go ? i tried HA fillers ,but had swelling that had not gone down after 8 days so had it dissolved

Looks good FMLFML85. I hope you get excellent longevity out of it. Even with my more moderate size I've always had some concerns about potential erosion as my tips are a really long way into the glans. No problems after 16 months, but it gives me some paranoia at times as they are so close to the end. I guess LGX tips would be less rigid than a Titan though. BTW that is a monster cock, use it like you stole it .

A fully inflated Titan makes me very sore when I hit 2 hours. 24/7 erection with Genesis had zero soreness on me. Interesting. Erosion is a definite concern. May I also ask how they addressed the erosion?

I know the first revision for erosion was 2 years after implantation. If I were you I’d talk to your surgeon and see what he suggests as far as cycling the implant. Mine told me over cycling can cause erosion. Frank talk is a great site but there’s alot of advice here that’s not coming from doctors. Hell even the Titan literature is BS when they say that the implant will fully expand any man’s penile chambers, because it won’t, they have a max limit of 21mm ish. But yeah there’s a lot of advice here to keep max inflating indefinitely and that you will continue to “grow” years after implantation. IMO Admin / mods need to take down all posts encouraging aggressive cycling on this forum.

My doctor down sized the cylinders and then added dead cow tissue to the tips. The added tissue feels natural.

Yeah you definitely would not have enjoyed the silicone injections I had. There was swelling for 4 months and the silicone cannot be dissolved it has to be surgically removed. If I could go back in time I would try HA instead.
