thats tempting but i would put money on it if you use a ved like a person with no impant who is doing it for penile health with full recommended vacuum pressure ,you will do damage .
i used one before my implant and the swelling from the vacuum was off the charts . in length and girth . the lenght streching would probably be were the damage would come in . the rods will not move ,but your glans defenitly will . sooooo then what , floppy glans?
i dont know there isnt much info on that available and if you ask AI in a negative form on the subject it gives a negative answer and the opposite if you ask if its benificial .
question #1 and answer "Combined Usage: Some clinical studies indicate that using an external vacuum device alongside a malleable prosthesis can be safe and may improve rigidity, length, girth, and overall patient satisfaction.Recovery Timeline: You must allow the incision sites to heal completely. Most surgeons advise waiting a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks post-surgery before attempting any sexual activity or using a VED.Risk of Damage: Because the malleable implant is permanently rigid, there is a risk that the silicone or metal rods could cause skin or tissue erosion from the inside out if the vacuum places too much pressure on the tissue."
question #2 answer.Using a Vacuum Erection Device (VED) with a malleable implant is generally not recommended and carries a significant risk of causing tissue damage. Because malleable rods keep the penis semi-rigid at all times, placing the penis under vacuum pressure can force the rigid internal rods against the surrounding tissue, potentially causing erosion, pain, or even damage to the urethra. While VEDs are widely used for penile rehabilitation after inflatable implant surgeries to stretch the tissues and improve blood flow, a malleable implant cannot be "cycled" (inflated and deflated).Safety ConsiderationsTissue Erosion: The constant, unyielding pressure of the silicone cylinders combined with the suction forces increases the risk that the implant could wear through the skin or internal lining.
