Malleable Review and issues

Guys it has been 54 days today i have been implanted by Dr Raman Tanwar with Promedon Tube
Initial days i only faced minor discomfort
I never had any pain
Sex has been good so far
Concealment is easy as i have a very loose ligament
I can put it at 6 o clock easily
Infact how ever i keep it it goes down only
I was cleared at day 27 to start the activity
Have had it with minimum 15 women till now

In the beginning my length and girth were 6.5 and 5.4

But i have been noticing that i am losing girth now
It has come down to 5.1

Near glans i am 4.8

Can anybody with a malleable tell me what to expect ahead ??
Will i keep losing girth or will i get it back??
As Doctor had said that u will get 5.5 girth as he had shown immediately after surgery

Also i tell u i do ved once a week for 30 mins take tadalafil twice a week and L argenine twice everyday??

Will atrophy still occur??

My cause of ed is unknown
Mostly neurological what doctor suspects

my girth dropped one inch or more from 6 inches , i think 15mm rods would have helped that alot but they are not available in the tactra and i wasnt informed on girth loss . but now when i am aroused i get back most of my girth .
i dont know about using a ved on a malleable . it seems like it might help with blood flow , but the penis can be streched A LOT in the vacuum and that might cause trouble . like pulling the glans of the tips ?
depending on how i ask AI it gives 2 opposing answers .
one says it could be benificial ,the oth er says it could cause damage .
i did try some relitive low pressure with a ved on my malleable awhile back and my glans were a little sore for a week . so i stopped .
i would be careful and not use much pressure .

I was around 5.5 inches girth for around 45 days but now when i checked it was 5.1 inches girth
Thats my issue
Ved does help doctor says but then i will need to pump for long
Even i was 6 inches girth before implant

Out of curiosity, were you also able to successfully ejaculate inside each of those 15 women? My sensitivity took a hit, so I hope you’re still fine in that very important department.

By the end of 2 years with my MPP, I lost 0.5 inches of shaft circumference due to atrophy and suboptimal residual tumescence. This was a result of my health, though. I think your experience will depend on your own vascular health, we can’t predict that in advance. The most important thing, in my opinion, is sensitivity for PIV orgasm. Everything else is just noise.

I mechanically gained back the 0.5 inches of circumference with my IPP. Yes, yes, yes… I know IPPs can break down.

its too early for any tissue atrophy for you right now i think its just the post operative swelling going down

btw were you able to orgasm with sex during piv before the implant?

also how is sex i remember you complaining about the implant and not knowing how to do downward doggy were you able to have sex in several positions with your malleable?

as for cialis continue taking 5mg daily its good for penile tissue health and will delay atrophy also will give you engorgement in the glans and spongiosum tissue around the urethra

i wouldn’t recommend the ved too much with malleable tho be careful with it..

8 weeks is still way too early. Many people continue to regain sensation over several months as nerves recover. If your regain more engorgement during arousal over time, that's a bonus for your girth.

In my case, my girth loss stabilized at about 0.5 inches. As healing progresses, the fibrous capsule around the implant matures and the surrounding tissues reach a more stable state. Vascular health and the progression of underlying ED are likely bigger factors than the implant itself. Enjoy your implant. I wish I'd had mine when I was as young as you!

As usual, I'm seconding something by LastHope. I still see positive changes even 18 months out! Notably, have more sensitivity at 18 months than I did at 12 months. It takes a long time for the full healing process. You need to be extremely patient. And don't use that VED ...
