A little better angle. Dr. Taj wants me to wait a couple of days to really inflate it. Bruised but that is my flaccid length and girth. It is a big difference from the first pic… more to come. I’m not a dick pic guy but this group has been amazing and if I can help anyone else I want to.

Day 3 Post Surgery: Last night my nuts were killing me where my pump is. I’m like a 90 year old man getting in and out of bed. My cock was swollen as well with pressure because I have the silicon Himplant around my penis. I didn’t sleep well at all and was pretty frustrated. I have heard about people having pain from their drain, I have had zero abdominal pain. I made my way back to the surgical center and let my nurse know what was going on. She looked over my med schedule and she gave me a Tylenol with Codeine. Dr. Taj inspected my penis and said everything looks beautiful and that I needed to take it easy, lie down, and ice my nuts. He pulled my catheter, it felt weird but not terrible. My nurse then did red light therapy on my penis for 30 minutes. My nurse taught me how to wrap my penis with the compression wraps and I was sent home.

Peeing without my catheter was my goal today. At this stage I highly recommend peeing in the shower. Another bionic brother recommended this and I forgot at first and made a mess. As I relaxed to pee in the shower I felt the urine drain from my abdomen to my penis but nothing came out. I had to push and the pee would painfully spurt out in a V formation. Not fun. I still can’t get a straight stream yet. I have to push like 50 times over a 20 minute period to clear my bladder. I’m about to try again.

Sounds like this is all parr for the course and normal stuff. It’s not fun. It’s pretty painful but… my flaccid girth is 6.25 and my flaccid length is currently 5” with no cycling yet.

really intriguing! I would be most interested in the final result with girth once all the swelling the bruising has resolved.

dr. taj wouldn't take insurance for the titan?

Day 22:

Things are starting to get MUCH better. I knew that there would be challenging times with this process and I didn’t want to be on here bitching and moaning. My biggest challenge has continued to be my bruised and swollen testicles/undercarriage where my pump sits. I don’t like the Oxy’s so I’ve been religiously rotating every 3 hours between 600 mg of Advil and 1000 mg Extra Strength Tylenol.

Until a few days ago when I walked even a small distance I could feel my nuts swelling up and pain increasing. This constant swelling made it very difficult to find the deflate markers on my pump.

Yesterday was a pretty decent day with less swelling so I reached out to Dr. Taj to get clearance to start cycling. He could see from my pictures that my swelling and bruising had gone way down and today I got the thumbs up to pump up to 100% for 2 hours a day.

I put the heat pad on my scrotum for about 15 minutes to thin things out and make the pumping easier. I was already about 30% inflated to start. 10 pumps later and things were feeling pretty hard and tight. I rested with the heat pad for about 5 minutes. Soon I was use to it and got 5 more pumps in. By this time my pump felt really hard and difficult to squeeze. Uncomfortable again, I rested for another 5 minutes with the heat pad. At this point I gingerly tried a really weak Perdito excercise getting a slight bend left, right, up, and down followed by 2 pumps. One more Perdito and 2 more pumps and I was maxed out! I adjusted the heat pad and just held my breath for a moment. I was still nervous that I might have problems being able to deflate. I was about 45 minutes into my first cycle so I decided to start the deflate just to make sure I could do it.

At this point I realized that my pump had partially stuck to my left testicle… apparently I had not been tugging it back enough. Luckily it only took about 5 minutes to spin my pump and pull it back disconnecting the pump from my testicle, no pain. Once this was accomplished I was able to depress my deflation clips and squeeze hard on my head, then mid shaft, then at the base and the relief was amazing! I honestly was pretty worried about this process but feel as though it was a huge success!

Speaking of huge… girth…

I was not a large man to start… flaccid I was a classic 4”x4”. Erect I was 5” girth x 6” length at best. Today at max pump I was just shy of 7” girth and slightly over 5” length. Remember I received a 22cm Titan Coloplast and a XL Himplant for girth enhancement. I am told that if I cycle and do the work that my length should be 6.5 minimum…

I’m curious as to what some of your post surgery lengths were in relation to where you ended up in the end?

Thanks again for all of your support. I hope this helps others considering joining the Brotherhood!
