Yes you will be a shower! Things will change over the first 8-10 months a lot! You’ll be much more concerned as to what feels good that what looks good especially the first few months. Not being negative, BUT…. It can be a little uncomfortable to even painful at times the first several months as you adjust to your new you. After it breaks in and gets soft by 6-8 months or more I would deflate it after use and sometimes put a few pumps back I. To get rid of the dog ears for a smoother normal look. It’s not hard to find a sweet spot with the total adjustability of the titan.
60yo.ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works w diminishing results.
