i used a ved before i went for a malleable implant and in the ved it was crazy big, it almost filled the length and width of the tube , but as soon as the vacuum was released it went back to normal size .
the good thing with the ipp is that some members report an increase of their pre op size over time .
This is a really good point and I only just realized I missed that the OP was quoting VED measurements.
Same for me. I'm 6.5 inches length naturally, average girth max 5 inches. But pre implant the VED would get me to almost 7.5 inches and massive girth that would fill the tube. A sight to behold

. But yes, even with a cock ring once the vacuum is removed the dimensions are far more modest, though still impressive for a period.
jrp16830, I think you have a good chance of recovering your pre op size without special techniques. I was able to do that over many months of recovery and cycling.

This works for many guys, but not everyone. I used a medical grade VED with multiple sized tension rings extensively for over 2 1/2 years pre implant. Also researched VEDs and techniques to death for use as an effective ED treatment. But for me it was utterly useless for penetrative sex, even when used in combination with PDE5 inhibitors and cock rings. I think it depends on how severe the dysfunction is. In my case the ED was sudden onset from RP surgery and I was 100% totally flaccid 24/7. Not even a hint of engorgement whatsoever from arousal, no matter how horny I felt. Even on my best day with the VED I could only penetrate for about 20 seconds before going soft. But it was my only option after pills and injections failed. An implant was the only solution that worked and I wish I hadn't wasted so much time before getting it. But by all means try a VED first, as it's a non-invasive and inexpensive solution if it works for you.
71, married, Sydney Oz. PC/nerve sparing RRP Mar 2022 caused 100% total ED. Tried pills, Trimix inj, focal shockwave, VED. All failed. Implanted Mar 6 2025 AMS 700 LGX 21cm x 12mm, no RTEs, MS pump, Penoscrotal. Got back to 6.5" BPEL @ 9m. Loving it.
