%mg Cialis?

Has anyone had much success in taking 5mg Cialis daily? I hear it helps a coldish, softish head?
67yo - Australia - embarked on the usual journey of pills and injections 10 years ago, which worked sporadically but turned out to be more stressful than they were worth.

Yes. Amazing drug! I take 20 mg every M/W/F. I’ve been on it for 15 yrs.

I’m at 20 mg daily.
57. Prostrate cancer (gone), 2022 Brachytherapy, ED hourglass PD, pills/shots failed. Prepping for IPP 2027, VED, Shockwave, Supplements.
