If you are getting serious you need to tell her.

I've learned in Marriage everything needs to be on the table before you put your name on the dotted line.

i have been marreid for 35 years . my wife only knows my dick is hard .
she has no idea i have a malleable implant .
so much for your theory .

She may know more than you think she knows

Have a nice day.

she has no idea , only that its hard when she needs it
when she left for a year and questionable if or when she would be back i had other partners , they only knew it is hard and satisfying.
i have no need to "confess" anything about my medical history with any sexpartner.
my goal is for both of us to enjoy each other .
but thats me . someone else can have his girl pump him up if he wants that .
thats a personal choice .
BUT what women would get bent out of shape if after she had been with a guy for a while ,learned he has had an implant ?
that sounds like a pycho town event
hmmmmm , maybe instead she would invite over one of her girl friends who are need of a good time ? sharing is caring and all that that .
